Tech:The above makes more sense if you take into consideration that 'Neuromancer' opened with a commentry on "the sky looking like an untuned Television", this is beacuse at night time the sky isn't jet black as there are still differing forms of light waves bouncing around, creating differing frequency, Infrared, ultraviolet, xray and the other types that are too many to note down.

Frequency isn't just of light, or of sound or sound waves, it's also of time as time if ever transversed would become similar to a television set with an infinite amount of channels, some channels would be running the same programs [to some a repeat to others it's new] but the only difference being that on some occassions those programs might have unexpected turns for certain factors of the individuals transversing thoughts, luck from future timelines to past ones.

Some fear that to mess with time you could end up wiping out yourself by an accident in the past.. Well the truth is the present only has the memory of the past and nothing could change that memory, even if you travelled back and wiped out some civilization that's about now, it would not make any difference to this time line as it would just create a paradoxal one, alternatives.

Many scientists and philosophers alike agree with the possibilities of paradoxal events, but the problem with this time TV of frequency is knowing what way to change the channel and if of course you can tune into it again.

Freqency is all around us, is everything and anything but things are just things, The only way that time will ever truly be controllable will be through either our bio-chemical neural networks increasing the speed of thought to Light + [Giving a potential Ground Hog day effect] or if a machine is made that is capable of transversing that speed through the circuitry of it's system.
